Group bookings involve more moving parts – but that’s exactly what we’re set up to handle. Here’s what the process looks like from your first enquiry to everyone arriving at the destination.

You tell us about the trip
Group size, occasion, rough destination, dates, and any must-haves. You don’t need everything confirmed yet, just a clear outline so we can start shaping the right options for you.

We come back with real options
Flights, accommodation, and any extras, all tailored to suit your group size and plans. We present each option clearly so you can decide confidently without needing to do the research yourself.
3.
You confirm, we collect the details
Once the trip is agreed, we collect what we need from the group, including passenger details and any requirements, and manage the admin so you’re not chasing people or dealing with logistics.
4.
Everything is booked & confirmed
We handle the full booking, issue all documents, and make sure every traveller has what they need ahead of departure, with full ABTA and ATOL protection in place throughout.
5.
You travel – we’re on hand
If anything changes on the day, from delays to missed connections or hotel issues, we’re available and ready to step in and resolve it quickly, wherever you are travelling, without added stress.

Before You Enquire
You tell us about the trip
We work with groups of 6 or more. For smaller numbers, our standard holiday service covers everything you need – just enquire via the Holidays page.
How far in advance?
The earlier the better for popular destinations, especially summer and peak season. That said, we can work with shorter lead times – just let us know your situation.
What we need from you
A rough idea of destination, dates, group size, and occasion. You don’t need a finalised list of names – we can collect those once the trip is agreed.
Financial protection
All group bookings are fully ABTA and ATOL protected. Every traveller in the group is covered – not just the lead name on the booking.
